Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What video editing program do you use?
A: VideoPad. It’s a free download.

Q: Why did you block me?
A: Probably because you said something extremely offensive…wouldn’t stop posting rude comments…were rude/mean to my viewers…were bugging me and I didn’t want to deal with your crap anymore…or some combination of all these things.

Q: How many times have you dyed your hair?
A: About 40-50. Not including touch-ups.

Q: What’s that skull wallpaper behind you?
A: It’s a Halloween nylon wall roll scene setter decoration. You can find some online (but not the one I have, apparently) here: http://www.partycity.com/category/halloween+costumes/decorations+party+supplies/halloween+scene+setters.do

Q: What kind of camera do you use?
A: Canon Powershot SX130 IS, Canon Vixia HF G10, and Canon PowerShot SX260 HS.

Q: When did you realize you were Goth?
A: Around my Junior year in high school.

Q: What got you into Goth?
A: A bunch of people started asking me if I was Goth, and I honestly didn’t know what they were talking about. So I looked it up and went, “Huh…I guess I am.”

Q: Where did you get your spiked chokers?
A: VampireFreaks. You can get them here: http://store.vampirefreaks.com/?cat=collars

Q: How old are you?
A: I prefer not to say.

Q: How damaged is your hair from dying/bleaching it so much?
A: It’s not, really. I take really good care of it by using lots of conditioning products and washing it only about once a week.

Q: Why don’t you ever wear your seatbelt in the car in your vlogs?
A: I DO! I’m just short, so I tuck the cross part under my arm so it doesn’t strangle me, so it ends up being not visible.

Q: What do you think of *insert band name here*?
A: If I didn’t mention them in this video: http://youtu.be/ZmUcHYYz95w
then I don’t have enough of an opinion on them to answer, or I’ve never heard/heard of them.

Q: When is your birthday?
A: June 13th.

Q: Where did you get those sunglasses with the bow on them?
A: K-mart

Q: Can you help me spread the word about ____?
A: If it’s something I really care about and think is really important, yes. If it’s not all that important to me, then probably not.

Q: Will you do a shout-out to me in a video?
A: So many people ask me to do this, so…no. Sorry.

Q: I leave good comments on your videos except one bad one once, and that’s the one you responded to. What’s up with that?
A: I can’t respond to every comment that makes me smile, or I’d be at my computer forever. But if there is a comment that elicits a strong reaction from me (good or bad), I’m going to reply to it with my thoughts.

Q: Why do you feel the need to label yourself?
A: This question is why I made this video: http://youtu.be/bQvAwdHABVY

Q: Can I add you on Facebook?
A: I’d rather you just ‘like’ my fanpage - https://www.facebook.com/IAmLeahMouse, but if you absolutely have to add me as a friend, too - http://www.facebook.com/LLMouse

Q: Will you draw a picture for me?
A: Sorry, but I don’t even have time to draw for myself, and I can’t draw a bunch of free pictures for everyone.

Q: What is your natural hair color?
A: Last time I checked, it was something between light brown and dark blond. I think it’s grey/white now, though. Not sure, lol.

Q: What religion are you?
A: Christian.

Q: What kinds of things do you like, if I want to send you something?
A: Bats, mouse things, Pop Rocks, Marilyn Monroe, rings, hair accessories, candles, all things Sherlock Holmes, and anything you think I would like.

Q: Why haven’t you responded to my message(s)?
A: I get a LOT of messages, and if I haven’t responded, either I haven’t read them yet because I’ve been too busy, or they only said, “Hello/Hi”, “What’s up?” or “How are you?” I don’t respond to messages that merely appear to be idle chit-chat, like that. I apologize, but I just haven’t the time. If you actually have something to say to me, please just say it in the first place.

Q: Will you design a tattoo for me?
A: No, sorry. I suck at designing tattoos, and I don’t want the added pressure of knowing I’m doing something that will be a permanent addition to someone’s body.
